3.3 Account Closure Request

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before becoming eligible to withdraw. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period that will be stated in the promotion
• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, address, or device
• bk33cm reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Bonuses may be forfeited if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players may participate in four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Promotion to a higher tier is earned through regular and active participation.

Game Rules

6.1 Game Operation

6.2 Betting Terms
